Blossom Together:
A Day of Forest Bathing

Blossom Together
A Day of Forest Bathing

April 13, 2024

Join us as we enter Spring for a restorative and engaged day of Forest Bathing, earth-based mindfulness practices and kinship with fellow lovers of the Earth. Forest Bathing, adapted from the Japanese practice of "Shinrin-yoku", is a practice of using all of your senses to connect with nature in a mindful way. Many studies have found it to be helpful in decreasing stress, increasing immune system functioning, and developing a deeper relationship to nature. Along with Forest Bathing, this retreat will include options for meditation, contemplative writing, and interactive somatic explorations with the aim of rediscovering the joy of simply being and the peace that arises when we align with the flow of Earth.
